CA. B. Narender Rao, aged about 52 Years, obtained the Certificate of Practice (COP) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on 12th February, 1988. Soon after obtaining membership, he started practicing CA by establishing a sole proprietary firm. His expertise knowledge and subtle nature have earned him good reputation in a short span of time. The services offered by him range from Tax consultation to Strategic Planning. It is but natural that the firm grew from a sole proprietary concern to a partnership firm by name BNR Associates. The firm is constituted along with two other partners. Today his experience, which is more than 20 years, enables him to spearhead the firm’s operations. His expertise knowledge varies in the fields of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Special Audits, Financial Management, Project Finance, Corporate Compliances, Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Customs and Excise and much more. The firm BNR Associates has its clients’ base in vast number of sectors of the economy. Sri. CA. B. Narender Rao also takes active participation with respect to Search, Seizure or Survey Settlement cases and also appears before the Assessing and Appellate Authorities. During the tenure of his practice, he has also headed many Statutory Bank Audits, Government Audits and other special audits.
